Note - not a big Civ player - 120h in both Civ V and VI.
Very first game was rough and was bit dissapointed (however bad reviews could have impacted me a bit too) and started new game after some 20-30 very confusing turns. Some design decisions are bit weird I guess...

However yesterday found myself up at 5AM, so I guess it is fine and what you would expect of CiV game :)
