It's a cute little sim type thing. I like that one can make "white noise" from a variety of background sounds like rain, thunder, wind, and birds.

After 100%'ing the game on Switch, I got it here to do again. Why? I'm still looking for the vampire. And I still haven't survived. Just a bit more playing though....

Fun way to play the game. Would be nicer if you could customize the rule set (like one can while playing the physical game). Really nice for playing with friends who aren't nearby :)

Quite fun resource management sim. The fun of watching lots of progress bars fill up with the challenge of ensuring you're making all the resources -- and there are a lot of resources -- to continue to progress.

There's a lot to enjoy from Bloons TD 6. There's a lot of variety in the towers, and, at this point in particular, there's always an event or limited time challenge available. (Limited time challenges are odysseys, races, boss events, and "contested territory".)

For its price, the game is absolutely worth it, if you enjoy tower defense games.

You can buy "monkey money" for real currency, but you can also get if from just playing the game. You can also buy a "double cash" game mode, which (IMO) is quite nice for being able to play extremely casually.

I've played the game long enough, and have a decent understanding of the mechanics, where I can also point to some flaws.

- "Paragon" monkeys are interesting at first, but get kind of boring in the long run.
- It can take awhile to unlock all the content (especially "Monkey Knowledge"), and some particularly challenging events (such as races) can make it difficult to compete at the highest level if you don't have that complete unlocked.

But, when I think about it, the pluses are even better:

- Paragons are brand new, and they are clearly going through growing pains. Over time I have faith they will improve and become more unique, so that they can complement one another.
- Heros, and their skins, are just super fun. They're one of the big things I miss whenever I play Bloons TD 5 (which is also great, btw)
- Towers are constantly being adjusted and rebalanced. Yes, this sometimes means your favorite gets nerfed, but this also means towers that were "meh" before can suddenly become really fun to play with.

Again, if you enjoy tower defense games, you should really consider grabbing this one. It is, hands down, one of the best I've played.
