FreakOut: Extreme Freeride is an extreme skiing game from 2007 but still rocks (the game + the soundtrack too)

- Adjustable screen resolution
- The graphics looks good in 1080p even the game is from '07
- Amazing maps
- Some says the 'Partical Controller Support' is not working perfectly, but who cares... keyboard master race
- Few minor bugs, but you rarely meet them
- Great soundtrack for extreme skiing

3 months after the release a 'suprise 2.5GB patch' arrived, which finally made the game playable. I get 80 more FPS compared to the previous versions. So it turned out nothing is impossible, and the developers tried to fix the serious performance issues. Even most of the players thought the game won't be fixed, and they just took our money. Thank you for your work

It is sad that often, because of the deadlines, you don't have time to release a fully functional game. I know 'business' .... The game got a lot of negative reviews, but with this update I can change mine to a POSITIVE one.

Next time release the game 3 months later, it is better to wait a few months than play with a poorly optimised game, and uninstall it after 30 minutes.

Still better optimized than Assassin's Creed Unity - Oh wait ! NOT !

I have to update my review and give this game a NEGATIVE. I put my trust in the developer team fix the serious frame rate issues which we experienced during the BETA. But the final update brought no solution, this game has a terrible optimization and it makes the gameplay unenjoyable.

I am very disappointed, and it seems it won't be fixed !

Pros:
- Fancy graphic (inlcuding flying legs, blood, water)
- CARMAGEDDON !
- It is back !
- Early Access Bonus Games

Cons:
- You need a power plant to have 60FPS (FX-8320 + GTX 760 + low setting + 1080p = 25-35 FPS)
- You can have a breakfast during the loading screen...

What can I say more, I spent hundreds of hours with this game before Steam.

Built a RollerCoaster that reached the 'sonic speed'. Everyone bought ticket for a second round.

10/11 Would ride again
