I have yet to meet anyone else who has more hours on this 5 year old game than I do, if you have more please respond so I can feel better about myself

I cannot get over how poorly optimized this game is.

I really, really wanted to enjoy it, and have worked my way through the campaign and a bit of multiplayer, but it was all while operating at <20 frames per second and with a one-second delay on all sniper shots (clicking M1 plays the firing noise, but the rifle actually fires a second later).

The reason it wasn't a problem before is because i was operating on a potato of a laptop and expected as much, but now that I have an Alienware 17 it's very frustrating because it still operates about the same as before.

Regardless of specs this game always ran subpar for me. If anyone knows what kind of problem I may be happening i'd be glad to give this a positive review after fixing it, but until then...

BTW: POSTAL 2 has a higher metacritic score

If you like creepy but not horrifying plots, the Stanley Parable, and the "No Connection" game on Google Chrome, you will love this game.
