Hunt Showdown.. A PvP and PvE experience...
Hunt Showdown consists of fighting an all out war against other hunters either solo or duo and also the danger of different enemy AI. Each group of hunters have a primary goal of collecting clues and finding their contracts whilst navigating through a rich and scary atmospheric world.

Inside of the Hunt Showdown world there are a lot of different elements that can appeal to all types of players. Ranging from 1st Person shooters to stealth, action and even horror.

With Hunt Showdown it mixes the element of stealth and action all in one game. At points in the game you will not hear a single noise for minutes, navigating through the world of a diseased plague map, and then all of a sudden your in a fight with other hunters, they have either arrived to seek out dominance over other players or to hunt the contract down. With Hunt Showdown there are many different aspects to think of whilst playing, being stealthy and crawling through the game map without being detected, then finally launching a surprise attack on unsuspecting players. On the other hand you can be very loud, go all out shooting in order to attract other players and either attack or defend certain areas. The reason why you will fall in love with this game is because it is a very intense game and rewards the player based on how much they put their skill to use. Don't get me wrong this game is not a walk in the park, you will die a lot but come out with more and more experience for next time.With more experience there is nothing better than being last alive on your team and wiping out the other team solo and escaping with the bounty with you team mate alive.

Another reason why to fall in love with this game is the team work revolved around it, for example flanking, ambushing and overall team work in which two players can have in the game in order to have an advantage over other players. Communication is key to success so being with a friend or speaking to other online players will not only benefit you but your team aswell.

There is an arsenal of different weapons, skills and items, each one to suit diifferent player's playstyles. These range from snipers to bold action rifles to shotguns and different types of powerful hand guns each one with their unique style and learning curve. Some can even go in with melee weapons only if up for the challenge. There are also different consumables and gagets the players can use such as first aid kits, throwable explosives, decoys, and much more. Not only are there items and weaponry but skills too. There are many skills in this game which are unlocked through a progress system alongside the weapons and items/consumables. With the skills they can allow the hunters/ players to make their hunter unique in order to suit their playstyle. All in all there is a lot of customisation in order to make the game suit the player's needs.

In Hunt Showdown the clunky controls can be iritating at first but gradually get better overtime as you are more and more familiar. Overall this game has a great and fun learning curve once you get started, after playing more and getting in the higher ranks the game will become more and more tense leaving you on the edge of your seat. So if your up for the challenge, to become the greatest hunter and seek out dominance over other players then look no further and start experiencing Hunt Showdown.

Pros:
- Rich and atmospheric enviroment (Game World).
- A large arsenal of guns, items, consumables and skills to choose from (Good for adapting to different playstyles).
- A rewarding gameplay experience.
- Great game to play alongside friends.
- An amazing and fun leveling up system.
- Intense to stealthy gameplay.
- Good learning curve to the game.

Cons:
- Clunky controls at first.
- High demanding game (Crytek Engine).
- Can be hard at first which can put you off after the first few hours depending on skill level.
- Can be confusing at first but with the in-game tutorial can make it much easier.
- Matchmaking is slightly off putting, matched with players who are max rank and much more powerful even after the first game.
