I guess a game from 2012 (arguably 2008) is my game of the year 2020?

Fun idea, annoying execution.

A decent hidden object game for the most part, although far from Artifex Mundi's quality. The voice acting is a bit bad and some of the pictures are unclear, but it's nothing too horrible, with one big exception: there's a gamebreaking bug right at the end that forces you to restart from the beginning, and it's very easy to run into it. If you're compelled to try the game (and there are far worse hidden object games, but then again there are also far better ones), make sure that you never insert any objects into puzzles until you have all the pieces it requires, and then insert them at the same time. Can't imagine how that got through QA or why it hasn't been fixed since a lot of people encounter it, but there you are.

To my great surprise I've learned to appreciate hidden object games after finding a couple good ones, but unfortunately this isn't one of them. The storytelling is abysmal, the puzzles bad and unoriginal, and there's little logic between your actions and the effects they have on the world. Don't waste your time.
