This is one of the most interesting games I have ever played. You start and you get your a** handed to you on a platter by the AI. Then you get better, slowly building up your skill until finally you are able to go on stealth missions against them. Then after all your training, when you embark on your first stealth mission, you will probably get your a** handed to you on a platter before driving 10 feet. And yet you come back and love every second of it.

Pros:
Replayability
Great online (6-20 people on depending on day)
Fun leveling system and Support system.

Cons:
Needs some more variety, but this is early access and the devs are very active.

It is worth the money.

The chilling sound of distant bells rolls over my ragged crew. Their tired faces glance warily into the darkness, apprehending the form of some hideous beast to appear and wreck our vessel. We have been sailing for close to three weeks now, and the mens morale is fading as is our supplies and fuel. I fear we may never reach the shore, and instead be swallowed by the 'Zee, just as it has swallowed our hope and happiness.....

I would heartily recommend Sunless Sea.

It is much better than it was.

A well done tactical game. Entertaining for hours. Price tag is high however. Get it off the humble bundle :)

One of the finest Napoleanic Era strategy games I have ever played. Graphics aren't that bad and the gameplay is good. For $5 its an easy purchase.
