Normal defensive AI is more aggressive than normal normal AI (why?), you unlock a campaign after completing another one instead of being able to access them all at the beginning (why??), and the main menu screen lags out immensely for no reason (why???)

Credit where it's due, the graphics are pretty good, but it plays like ♥♥♥♥ and I would much prefer other RTS games like Dawn of War and Supreme Commander, which were far more enjoyable than this and far better balanced as well. They may not look as good, but in my opinion, it's more about how well the game PLAYS, rather than how good it looks.

As much as I like the turn-based combat in the game and the art style/animation, the stupid in-game purchases, and their prices, make this game almost unbearable to play. To get the best things, you NEED to be have nanopods, and there isn't any way of getting any other than through paying. Of course, you can use Tapjoy to get some free nanopods (if you're on mobile) but that won't help you a lot. It's a huge shame, because it brought down a game which I think could've been amazing if the in-game purchases and stupidly long waiting times were removed... But I may keep playing this regardless of those facts, reason being that I do enjoy the battling a lot. It's challenging and despite the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ awards and awful prices of which you need to heal/repair the units, it entertains me.

But yeah, the bad outweigh the good. 10-fold. Don't bother paying for anything in this because it's a rip-off.

The choices of Warframes available are so diverse and the number of weapons is insane! AND THE MODS FOR THOSE WEAPONS!!! I could go on and on about this game and how cool it is! The maps are large and vary depending on your location, and you basically move around like a ninja! A VERY AGILE SPACE NINJA! :D
Try it out. The patience is worth it!

But in all seriousness, this game is pretty cool. Graphics are quite nice, mods are pretty sweet, and it's very challenging in it's gameplay. It's set roughly around World War 2, just so you know.

I will admit the variety of singleplayer missions is small, considering it's only skirmishes, but for more gamemodes you can go onto multiplayer and fight over zones, play coop skirmishes if you hate playing alone, or just face off another army on the field of battle! There are a maximum of 8 players allowed in Coop Skirmish, and up to 16 players in the other gamemodes (8v8)!

I tip my hat to the guys who made this game!
