(Haven't played this game in a while. My thoughts may not reflect game in it's current state)
Probably the most fun I have had in a f2p online shooter. Game play is excellent. Fast paced + a diverse set of different characters (mercs).

Everything else feels very unpolished though. Menu is extremely unresponsive and devs do not seem to listen to the community.
