This game feels like SCP: Containment Breach, except instead of trying to escape containment, you're trying to get yourself knee-deep into some ♥♥♥♥. Love this game.

This game is very similar to Rogue Legacy, but with hentai. Overall this game was actually quite fun, and the presentation is very nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that it's quite easy to get OP quickly, but I imagine that's just a side effect of the game still being in early access. I'm excited to see what the future of this game looks like!

I really want to like this game, and it's difficult for me to say whether I would truly recommend this game to other people, but I'll try my best to lay out my thoughts.

Realm of the Mad God is an MMO game where the basic premise is you fight monsters, level up, get better equipment, and ultimately build up fame as you go through dungeons and events, where you can fight bosses to get even better equipment, and even more fame. Your character's stats are somewhat random on creation, and you can increase them by leveling up, up to level 20. From there, you have to start obtaining stat potions as drops, usually from dungeon bosses, which you can continue to use until you max out that specific stat. Generally, you want to increase your stats so you can get to a point where you can do harder and harder dungeons and bosses, and more effectively survive hectic situations.

I think this concept is absolutely amazing, and many of the games dungeons are a very unique and cool experience that you really just don't get from many other games. The main idea of this game is to play with other, which sorta makes sense when you consider it's an MMO, but I find that some of the coolest experiences come from soloing a lot of things. This game has such a ridiculous amount of content in it, and there are so many neat things to see and do, such as grinding for the best equipment, or trying to max all of your stats.

However, for as much as I praise the gameplay, there is one huge thing that stops me from enjoying this game: Any time you die, you lose absolutely everything you had on your character, and you have to start all over from square one. Now, It's not my place to tell you whether you should like or dislike this mechanic, but I think in the case of Realm of the Mad God, it is a massive flaw that severely cripples the experience. Unless you go the pay to win route (which, I might add, is something I find that the game tries to push for quite often, almost excessively, I would say), hitting level 20 alone can take upwards of an hour, and that's just hitting max level. The whole process of increasing your stats with stat potions, and getting better equipment that is pretty much required to take on more difficult challenges can take many, many hours. On top of this, although it's not common, it is possible for this game to be incredibly unfair, to the point where you can get caught in a situation in which you will die, with nothing you can possibly do to remedy it. Also, due to its nature as an MMO, the game is prone to having server lag, which means that if you're in a risky situation, and the game starts lagging out, it is possible that you could just die at random, with nothing that can be done. Neither of these things would be too much of a problem if it wasn't for the grueling punishment for dying. After dying in really dumb ways with equipment and stats that took upwards of 10 hours to obtain several times, it starts to wear you down, and playing through the beginning portion of the game, and trying to just get to the point where you can do any of the more interesting and fun parts of the game becomes incredibly tedious and boring. I think the worst part of it is that you can buy high tier equipment inside of the in-game hub, but this is quite expensive, and I would go as far as to say that the game prods you to spend money for this high-tier equipment, but even IF you buy this equipment, this still isn't a guarantee that you won't die to something that's completely beyond your control somehow, and lose everything that you spend hard money on. Not to mention, another aspect of the game that makes it difficult to play is that when you start out, you can only store 8 items within your Vault, and obtaining enough space to actually make the Vault viable is either incredibly expensive, or unfathomably time consuming, to the point where if you want to unlock more space without spending money, you would have to consistently play the game pretty much every single day for multiple months, just to unlock only 8 more slots.

I have a very weird love/hate relationship with this game. From a gameplay standpoint, it is one of the most fun and rewarding experiences imaginable. However, dying even just once can be such a tremendous set back that it becomes demotivating to even try to continue at all. I have sort of an addiction to this game, even though I really hate the perma-death aspect. I think if this game were to do away with essentially being a "Hardcore mode only" based game, and somehow work around this to allow for the same type of slow, but rewarding progression, it would be one of the greatest games ever made. Also, I would love to see this game do away with most of the pay-to-win stuff. I find it very silly how you get an in-game currency in the form of fame, of which you can obtain for free by playing, and yet you can only buy anything in the Nexus using gold. If nothing else, I think the game would very strongly benefit from allowing you to purchase items with fame. Even if the developers wished to keep the microtransactions, I think it would be very smart to allow for the option to use either fame OR gold. It would save so much trouble, and it would give an actual purpose to fame other than just being a number in the corner of your screen that just goes up when you die, and nothing more. If you play this game, be weary of the fact that you can very easily lose many hours of progress by making the tiniest of missteps.

This game... I honestly don't think I could put into words how amazing this game truly is. From the beginning, to the end, this game has so much feeling, and emotion behind it.

I absolutely couldn't tell you what happens, like, whatever it is your doing, or plan to do, if you have $10, PLEASE, buy this game and play it. It could change your life. This game is honestly so much fun, and it's filled with so many witty and fun characters, kinda lame (but still funny jokes), and a story that honestly had me crying at the end. I don't often cry while playing games, but this is one of the few times I have ever done so. Trust me, It's definitely worth the investment :)

I remember when I first walked up to some random stranger at school (Who would eventually become a good friend of mine) who was playing this game, And I just started watching. For some reason, This game was just... Incredible, To me, So I looked into it for a long time, And I found out that this game was called Geometry Dash, And it had all these cool levels and this awesome music, And it only costed a small amount. So, I got an iPad, Got some money, And bought this game.

Geometry Dash is one of the most action-packed games I have ever played, I love it so much, It might not be my absolute favorite game of all time, But it IS my favorite iOS game. The music in this game is just PHENOMENAL. ALL of the main levels are so different and so well made that the anger that grows while playing this game just washes away at the sight of them. Let's not forget the THOUSANDS of online Custom Levels there are, There are HUNDREDS of hours to be sank into this amazing game! Whether you prefer the iOS version, or the Steam version, Both are just incredible!
