TL;DR Ignore the bad reviews Bioshock Remastered is great, if you own Bioshock already like I did you will already have a free copy to try out for yourself.

So I don't see what all the complaint reviews are about because I have an ok pc setup but nothing super new or expensive and I have zero issues running the game, and it looks better than ever! I play with mouse and keyboard and really have no problems with how the controls operate. I will say I have played the original version of Bioshock and this is indeed a marked improvement in many ways. FOV is much better now, textures are far superior to the original, and text is much easier to read if you are into using subtitles. I will do you should always check the options menu because sometimes there are things you may need to alter, for example I tend to have a controller plugged into a usb port most of the time for certain games and I guess just by default this game has it preset to have gamepad enabled, so then you wind up with gamepad button prompts while ingame, even if you are not using the gamepad.

Bioshock is a fantastic game that even without this remaster is so very much worth playing. The story is great and the atmosphere is breathtaking. This game has great lighting and art style and is a nearly perfect mix of action/adventure with a dark underwater post apocalypse vibe. I personally favor Bioshock 2 to any other of these games but the tale of Atlas and Andrew Ryan is one that should be experienced by all players.

PS: Steam achievements for Bioshock FINALLY!!!!

At first I hated this game. I WANTED to love it, because its a game that so many people love and puts hundreds of hours into. I think I needed to give it time, and that is what I did. Now that I have finally persisted in putting actual time and effort into it I've fallen in love. Can't stop looting, can't stop changing guns, can't stop questing, can't stop changing skins and heads, can't stop trying out different skills and styles, can't stop changing characters...its crazy its fun and its cool. and sexy. oooh baby!

Don't really care to compare Limbo to Inside, but I do enjoy both games very much. The atmosphere is terrific, the music is fitting, the ambience is fantastic, the artstyle is minimalistic yet greatly detailed, which to me is almost anime-like in its presentation, but in a way that is mostly subtle. I occasionally dabble in puzzle games and this is a game where most of the challenge comes from some pretty easy puzzles that still manage to make you feel pretty smart. I don't know how I feel about the price since this game does't take very long to complete (one playthrough takes only a few hours even if you are slow) and the only reason you would replay after getting thru the first time is to collect the achievements. I say wait til this is on sale before you go out of your way to buy it just because it is new. I paid full price and I am happy with my purchase ultimately, but I can't get it out of my mind that this should have been priced at $15.

This is maddening, addictive, cute, funny, twisted and...not that long of a game, but provides so much fun. I don't know when the devs updated this with full controller support but it was the one thing I had wished for since day one. Also...the music is nothin but dat 8 bit goodness.

This game is what inspired the opening lyrics to Macklemore's "Thift Shop." He sat down one day and put this game on and he said..."What what, What, what." and later concluded "This is f u c k i n g awesome!" But seriously, the visuals may be dated, but in my opinion the creativity in the designs and the absolute insanity of it all make it worth playing. Also its cheap these days, and goes on sale often. I can't wait to finish this knowing that there is a second game that also has mostly positive reviews. The game feels like a weird trip with visuals that remind me of the far cry 3 and 4 drug trip worlds only its the whole gameworld in this. It is very surreal and it can be pretty dark and twisted at times while also being so insane its hilarious. Idk I need to play more of this tho!

Got this game on Xbox 360 a few years back and had fun with it mostly due to its combat system being repetitive but satisfying. Mixed with its fantasy rpg world and actually enjoyable "fate" class leveling system, Kingdoms of Amalur is worth a purchase. I hope this game gets a follow up somehow in the future. If you like action rpgs that play sort of like bastion meets arkham you will probably enjoy the hell outta this.

It says Free Trial, its Free To Play PvP mode with the option to buy the full game with its offline solo and PvE among other things. Give it a try you have nothing to lose except for about 22 gb. :)

Yo I only just started playing this game so I'll be updating this review over the course of my playthrough but as of right now I am really liking it! You can choose between 3 different gameplay styles which is cool, the graphics are nice, you can actually JUMP in this game, and dodge roll, and wall jump. Its pretty nice and so is the combat. Its like Bastion meets Diablo-Like and I'm all bout it bout it son! I got this game on Humble Bundle with a bunch of other nice games for like $7, neatoooo!
