If you limit yourself and only say "I'm a visual learner, i must focus on that", there may be small benefits but it is unnecessary.Because there isn't such a thing like "visual learner" or "audial learner".It will only restrict you.Learning occurs regardless of the "learning style", however learning will be more efficient if teaching strategy fits each student's interest.
