A lot of new enemies, items and mechanics. Very good DLC IMO with a fair price to boot.

Buggy as hell, patients randomly stop walking into rooms and no income can be gathered. The patients start to idle at a random point in the hospital, unable to move or die when their health reaches 0%. Rooms seem to never be the right size as patients and staff get stuck even though the room should function. Patients are never happy, even if I have a 8x8 toilet or five food and water sources nearby. One of the fresh saves I started would not let me build any items on specific spaces on the map, even though I could build rooms on the tile. The staff also could not move through there, even with a door on a nearby tile that did let me build. I've also got a big save corrupted out of nowhere.

Would not recommend this game at current state, maybe if they fix the many bugs.
