Gud game

This game feels like immortal redneck and borderlands had a baby. It's dope. That's all I gotta say.

At first this game made me VERY sceptical. But after a few hours in it, including in local co-op. I've got to say, the moment to moment gameplay loop is very addictive and satisfying. I just love getting 3 stars on all the missions. The changes in enemy types, weapons, skills and utility stop the game from becoming boring at any moment. It's a really fun game to boot up just to play a few missions and then go back to whatever you're doing. Love those types of games.

This game is one of the best roguelikes I've played. The shooting is fun, it feels very fluid to play, there's a lot of dungeon variation and enemy variation. Good amount of weapons and loot. The first pyramid, and the first third of the game, is very fun. It's probably the best. The second pyramid is pretty annoying to start, bullet spongey enemies and a noticeable ramp in difficulty. It gets better once you upgrade your character. The final pyramid is probably the most boring, but not as unbalanced as the second one in respect to the upgrades you already have. Overall though, this game is just a blast to play through, although if you try and binge the entire thing it gets old real quick.

The game is extremely repetitive and has a lacklustre story. The game has terrible stuttering issues but thanks to PCGaming Wiki I managed to solve this with the triple buffering fast sync fix. It's worth the sale price I got it at (£2.39) but definitely not the full price which is a measly £8. Unless you like pretty graphics and AAA polish. Then this game definitely has pretty graphics, considering the year it came out, it's downright gorgeous. The British voice actors also felt a bit off to me but funny to listen to so I didn't mind too much. Overall pretty medicore, 5/10.

Most immersive cod campaign to date.

Brilliant in co-op, fun to play on the down low to chill out to. It's like the junk food of coop campaign games, you can dip in and out of missions, experiment with class loadouts and try different difficulties. Worth the new price (£15.49 in the UK), although I definitely would've paid full release price for it. The game is also very janky and campy, but it adds to its charm, you aren't buying a triple A game here, it's more the cheesy fun B movie game with personality and honestly that appeals to me a lot more.

Pure brilliance, I always wanted a really fleshed out colony simulator as a kid, like an ant sim that was actually good. But this is better than I could imagine.

Good game, I have no idea why people plead for a sequel though, it ended rather nicely. An aftermath comic wouldn't hurt though :)
