One of the best metroidvanias I've ever played. This game replaces symphony of the night, metroid Fusion, hell even super metroid as the best metroidvania. Everything in the game feels right to control. It's very tight and precise, it's so good it makes the combat never feel old, it's satisfying from beginning to end. The environments are beautiful and EVERYTHING in the game has a reason behind it. 10/10 sad I won't experience this masterpiece again for the first time.

So a few things here.

If you played the gamepass version, then try to log in on this version, you will not be able to play multiplayer. PERIOD. It gets stuck in a matchmaking data loop, and you will be unable to do anything with the game other than play campaigns. Before anyone asks, yes i've done every single thing to try to fix this issue and the steam version just refuses to load my data. Gamepass version works fine, just open it and boom has all my data. Wanted this version of the game to play modded campaigns with a buddy, but since 343 doesn't know how (or wont) fix this problem, steam version of the game is pure brick.

Yeah this game is still addicting to play.

Normally, i don't write reviews. Hell, i'm not good at them, but this is a game that i was VERY against playing at first with my friends recommendation. Manage your own empire? i'd mess that up quicker than oatmeal. Next thing i knew, It was 4 in the morning. Yeah, i got addicted and couldn't stop playing the game. Short time playing but im already hooked. Give it a try
