Summary Summary
Game hard but game awesome.

Summary
I can never get bored of this game, every run is completely different in what perks, spells, wands, health-pickups, terrain, and enemies you will encounter. Even though pixel destruction is the most promulgated feature, I've found the infinite possibilities of spell synergies and mods what make this game so fun to play. Even though the game will beat the life out of you with bad rng, stupid deaths, and long runs, you begin to learn how to make the best of what you have, as you get creative with spells and strategy. On the other hand, if you are tired of dying repetitively, you can always install one of hundreds of mods to enhance your experience.

--- Cons ---
- RNG : Each run is heavily randomized, making it difficult to learn the game, though, as you continue to play more, the effects of bad rng become less prominent as you learn to use make better wands, survive longer, and seek out new items when they are in need.
- Unfair Deaths : You will die a lot. There will always be a chance of dying almost instantaneously. You will constantly oversee your demise, which induces gamer rage. Be too careful and you will spent 3 hours just to die prematurely, but be too reckless and you are sure die instantly. Finding balance in recognizing dangers, and maintaining momentum in your run will come to your benefit in having good runs.
- No (natural) Health Regen : Getting low health can sometimes force you to progress before your ready, which can leave you defenseless as you get deeper and deeper.

--- Pros ---
- Magic : Wands are like a blank canvas for you to mix spells, the possibilities of which are enormous and expanding, ranging 5dps pea shooters to god scepters that deal trillions of exponentiated damage, pulverizing anyone and anything in its path. But for the standard Noita experience, basic wands will do the job just fine.
- Mods : If the vanilla game isn't enough, there are a plethora of mods on the workshop for things like: extra content, game tweaks, cheats, and much more. Additionally, Noita is a pretty easy game to mod with low-level, basic coding experience.
- Destruction : Every single pixel in the game is destructible, making destructive spells into mining equipment, and turning boss fights into destructive chaos.
- Secrets : I don't want to spoil anything, but there is LOT more to the game than just a linear roguelike dungeon platformer. Explore deeper than the deepest room, explore higher than the highest cloud, explore further than the furthest mountain. You aren't bound by any walls that you cannot demolish, so demolish away, there is always something on the other side.
- Alchemy : There are a bunch of chemical reactions between materials, which can be expanded even further with mods. In the vanilla game, most of the chemical reactions are pretty benign and unnoticeable, but they exist and occur constantly, turning toxic sludge and mud into swamp, burning through steel with concentrated mana, or making a liquid that turns all that it touches into gold.

*note* I am obviously biased, just because I like the game doesn't mean that you will. Spend your money wisely.

Funny. Relaxing. Quirky. This game is a breath of fresh air, as its simplicity and artstyle make the game so satisfying to play.

Early Access Review
This game has, without any doubt, the best voxel destruction out of any game on steam.

I've waited for this game for 6 years, its long awaited public beta release is incredibly fun to play. The team play in this game is outstanding, as you must coordinate with your team mates on strategy and supplies in order to have an edge on the other team. Although the graphics look a little janky right now, I highly recommend buying this game.

This is the greatest VR game I have ever played. The physics-based environments feel liberating, like Blade & Sorcery but better. Over 10 hours of narrative gameplay, and tons of replayability. This game provides what one might expect from a triple A title, yet it only costs 30 bucks. I love this game, and you will too.
