I got almost 500 hours out of this in single player story mode before I even bothered going on to finish the main storyline. I am by no means anywhere close to 100%ing or being 'done' with this game. It's fantastic and easy to lose yourself in. It's a very enjoyable world to explore and interact with.

Amazing gem of a game. Bought it on early access and it looked so good I made myself wait until it was in full release to play it. Finally got around to it and regret not having played it sooner. The writing/story is quite good, the world open and 'alive' in that factions are always messing with one another even without you being involved. Can't recommend this game enough, 57 hours in and eager to finish writing this review to try a new build I was thinking of =)

Early access done right. Playable so far, no crashes. MY CPU is even an i5 4590 and the game is happily running at low settings.

Update: 68+ hours into the game and loving it. Updates are coming daily and I have not had one crash yet.

Update: Years later it's reached full release. Some things still missing like criminal activity and gangs. Great game, but not for everyone. Very replayable.

Now in January of 2023 they are adding criminal activities which is great to see.

Definitely playable and may always be in a state of slow change.

If you have never played Warband, you are in for a treat. It's often on a deep, deep discount and has a great modding community. One of the best loved 'start from nothing' and lead your men to your rightful place as ruler and beyond games. Plays well on pretty much any hardware.

Great open world game. Interesting skill and combat system. Truly a sandbox as there doesn't seem to be any npcs directing you to do things. It's all self-driven. That being said, it's a very fun world to interact with and I feel I have only scratched the surface after 50 hours. Great mod community and the mods themselves have some nice quality of life enhancements without destroying the game balance. I waited a long time to finally get around to picking it up. It's been in full release for almost a year now. If you love open world games where you can do pretty much anything you want to, if you can handle getting your ass handed to you at the start, and if you can put up with a little jankiness, I heartily endorse this game.

This is a rare treat of a game. Like a cyberpunk Wizardry. Highly recommended. Tons of replay value! They even added a more robust hacking minigame.

Hard but fair! Took a little while to get rolling with some amazing failures but it's my own fault when I overreach. 24 hours in am enjoying myself more and more.

Like others say, an underrated game. It gets grindy, but it's really worth it when you can get it on sale. I got a good 128 hours out of it, but that is restarting several times over the years until I actually finished it. Highly recommended when on sale.
