I love this game, have logged so many hours between steam and switch. TLD is a game that makes you slow down, assess, and prioritize your choices. The difficulty is tunable from a chill walk in a frozen wilderness to a very challenging survival experience where you have to scrap for every little thing. I love the challenges, I love the survival mode, the feeling of making a good decision and it panning out, and can't wait to see all the things that Hinterland is continuing to put into this game.

This game is the best overall value I've ever gotten from Steam. I can come back to this game time and again and find new things to do, both because the game is so much fun and because the devs keep supporting it! Also holds my personal record for longest single sitting gaming session.

Risk of Rain is in the category of games where I will just purchase extra copies in case on of my homies has never played. It started out as unplayable due to glitches for me but the devs have patched and improved stability over the years since I bought it. I love the varied classes that, when combined with different item builds, add up to a ton of choice in playstyle. The music is catchy, the lore is interesting, and the ending is really good. When you finally get that clear on the hardest difficulty with all gameplay artifacts enabled the feeling is...well, I'll let you know when I get there.

Pros: Music, Replayability, Items, Classes, Art Style

Cons: Keyboard controls are awful, requires gamepad. Music will be stuck in your head for days. No built-in steam support, need to do port forwarding for multiplayer.

tl;dr: I love this game, highly recommend.

This game is rock and roll. Love the humor and the leveling, a roguelike with persistent progression. Tons of fun, will always be thinking "just one more run..."

This is probably the most enjoyable stealthish game I have ever played. Tenchu has got nothing on this, this game is amazing. Even though I picked it up on super sale I'd pay full price for this in a heartbeat, game really makes you feel like a badass ninja running around killing people (or not, your call). Controls like butter, super smooth.

I honestly cannot recommend this game enough. If you like rogue-likes, and space, and dying all the time while yelling "reroute power to shields!" in your head... just buy it. It's a steal at 50% off for winter sale, too.

This game is a ton of fun! Graphics look great and it really takes me back to those old-school dungeon crawlers. Tons of dungeons available to check out on the workshop, too.

This game is really wonderful. The ending caught me by surprise, and I loved it. Way better on PC too (as opposed to XBOX) since you can use wasd and mouse for controls.

Can't recommend it enough. Not for those who think they are invincible, but if like crap tons of skill combinations, ridiculous tongue in cheek humor, and dying dozens of times, this is the game for you!

Amazing game. Music, atmosphere, replayability... it's all there. Go buy it.
