Let me just say, I am an MMORPG SNOB I usually can't play them because of their strict questing style and repetitiveness. But this game, this game really does draw me in, and it KEEPS me playing.

Albion Online isn't like other MMORPGs, and I know you have heard that a million times. But trust me, you aren't locked into set classes, you aren't told what weapons or strategies you are going to choose, literally everything is at your disposal, and the limit is your imagination.

Albion covers a vast spectrum of players. Don't like farming mobs and dungeon PvE, but you want to make a fortune for yourself and enjoy some PvP? Pick any handful of gathering or refining professions. Ore mining, leather skinning, wood cutting, stone mining, fishing, or a mix of many! Go out, level up your gathering, and eventually work your way into the black zone, an area with high yield for materials, but high risk of losing your loot! Travel here light, as losing too much could be a huge setback, but coming back home with a decent load of materials, to either refine and sell, or use for crafting gear for you, your guild, or to make silver on the market!

Don't like gathering, and just want to clear dungeons, PvP, and get rich? Level your combat stats and buy your gear with currency earned from clearing dungeons, treasure hunting, killing players for their gear, the options are endless!

The point is, Albion has something for everyone, and I am sure you can find your place in this game. Finding a guild is recommended, but not required! A handful of players make it on their own, but numbers do win you battles.

As far as Free to Play, and fear of pay to win goes, this game has a very good, solely player driven economy, and gold can be bought using silver, therefore anything that can be acquired using IRL money, can be bought using in-game currency, including premium status! There are significant roadblocks making it so players can't just pay their way to the top, but it IS still possible, just not reasonable, so you don't have to worry about that. Also, no item is solely obtainable through gold, so you have nothing to worry about!

All in all, this game is definitely worth your time, and at the very least, a try. I haven't found an experience this satisfying and rejuvenating in a very, very long time.

Haven't played the game too much recently, but when I did play it was fun. The carry-over loot system is sort of broken imo. Zombies are hard af to kill when you're just starting out, but once you get a Brotherhood things are much easier. People love camping in this game, so don't be suprised if you show up to airfeild, and get sniped. Fun game, it's worth a try if you're looking for a free DayZ type game with half decent hit detection and, (somewhat), better servers.

"We've never seen this kind of power before!" Have you met the level 7 crabs? The one with Super Armor?

"So much power for one person!!" "S+!!!!!" Guess this game didn't take into condiseration people level with friends.

Did I mention the crabs are OP af?

11/10 would die to crabs who do more damage than the boss itself again.

Laggy, low graphics, not much to do other than join random servers, no such thing as match making. Wouldnt suggest you even download it.

11/10 Chicken Graphics, would buy again.
