15-30g butter for baking tray
15-30g flour for baking tray
170g butter
170g powder sugar
6 egg yolks
1 lemon peel
1 lemon juice
170g flour
12g baking powder
280g blueberries
200g blueberry jam
6 egg whites
170g crystal sugar
180g grated coconut

Grease a baking tray with butter and dust with flour.

Beat the butter with the sugar until foamy and gradually add the egg yolks.

Mix in the lemon zest, juice, flour and baking powder.

Spread the batter on the bottom of the tray. Push the blueberries into the pastry and spread a layer of blueberry jam.


In a separate bowl:

Add the coconut powder, mix in the egg whites and sugar until foamy.

Spread this evenly on top of the jam.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approximately 45-60 minutes.
