The word "Poggers" is derived from the word "PogChamp" which is derived from the words "Play of the Game" and "champion". So you see, if you get all the first letters in the former, excluding the word "the", you will get P-O-G, combined with "champion" excluding the last three letters, makes PogChamp. It has been used alot in this social streaming platform known as "Twitch". "PogChamp" shows a man with his mouth in an exaggerated pronouncing "O" position, the man in the picture is named Gootecks, who made that face when he was filming a video and his friend accidentally slapped the camera. Furthermore, "PogChamp" was used so much and people started using it as slang, even modifying the word. Soon, people came up with the word "Poggers" which also has the same meaning as "PogChamp".
