Everspace 2 is absolutely amazing! It’s a huge universe with lots of content. It's my new favorite game. Not only does it offer native Mac support, but it also works via Geforce Now. Runs great at medium settings on my MacBook Air M2 (8 gig RAM/512 SSD.) I use an OImaster Laptop Cooler when gaming. However, I prefer to play it on Geforce Now (when I have a good connection) because I max out all the settings, and it uses minimal resources. For testing, I put my Macbook Air on battery mode (with all the energy savings enabled) and played Everspace 2 over Geforce Now. It used less than 10% of the battery during the entire 4-hour session. But I can play natively on my MacBook Air if my connection isn’t good. Since both use the Steam cloud, it’s a win-win. Gameplay-wise, it's the best space RPG/looter/shooter I've ever played. I like games like No Mans Sky, but I find Everspace 2 more immersive as a space game, even as an RPG-looter (Diablo style). It also has all the mining, jobs, side quests, and crafting. I also find it better than most third-person or first-person shooters in a general combat context. The AI feels challenging, diverse, and tactical. The game has stories and draws you in with character actors, radio chatter, random encounters, etc. Tech tip: If you run into an issue with GFN not running game cut-scenes, play those parts on your Mac (tab - data - Story So Far, or go back to a save and play that.) I reported the cut-scene issue to Nvidia, so hopefully, they will fix it. Also, be sure to get the GFN Mac client, it triggers full-screen gaming mode on the Mac.

This is a very good game. I was skeptical but found the gameplay, story, and overall presentation to be quite immersive and full of variation. Controlling the ship is different than most other space games but once getting used it, not so bad. It is out of the box in many implementation, so if you keep an open mind you will enjoy it. The plus is the Geforce Now support, which means nearly any computer can run it. Well worth it.

Wow! This game brings me back to the '90s and early-mid 2000s FPS golden era. The graphics, music, and audio are superb, and the gameplay is smooth and reactive. It runs natively on my MacBook Air M2 (8 gig RAM / 512 SSD.) I'm getting a solid 60 FPS at 1900x1200. I prefer to play on ultra-hard difficulty level. The developer in their Discord is highly involved with their community. A major plus are all the custom campaigns and maps made by players. The game has a built-in editor. It extends it far beyond its original campaign. If you like Doom, Quake, or any fast-action-person shooter, buy this. You won't regret it.

Extremely fun. This is easily one of the best twin stick shooters. Playing based on your own music and listening to new music for new challenges and competing for scores. The galaxies, the mother ship, the large list of ships and customization. The list goes on. Most importantly the developer is passionate about the game and interacting with the community. Just buy it already. You won't regret it.

So much old-school FPS fun. Just buy it already.

It never gets dull with getting points for skills, perks, etc.

Random challenges that keep it interesting. Lots of weapon variety.

The art and gameplay are fantastic.

Worth it!

A fantastic game! If you liked Neon Chrome’s procedural maps, perks, rogue-lightness with endless gameplay, I think you’ll like this game too. It’s a Hack n Slash version of how Neon Chrome plays within the Undead Horde universe. A must-have for your Steam collection. I bought both the PC and iPad version (which is identical.). However, I prefer to play on the iPad for portability.

Fantastic! Once again, 10tons makes some of the best games available. This is the perfect lockdown game. It will keep you busy and it’s super fun. Be sure to visit their Discord server to chat with other players.

BH 1 was one of the best games on Steam, and now BH2 is twice the best. It's just so immersive and fun to play against your own music and the new radio system is amazing. I even use the game to play music in the background. Open Mic is a nice concept and has a lot of potential for playing any music or sound for fun. The new game engine runs better on my Intel GPU laptop than the original game did. This developer is passionate about the game so it's worth your investment. Just buy it already...

Brillliant! Extreme customization and it makes you think on to configure load-outs before each playthrough of a level. The medal system is also smart because it encourages the player to progress but not in a frustrating way. If you liked Neon Chrome, you'll love Jydge!
