ONECE YOU START U CANT STOP UNLESS U FINISH THE GAME THEN IT BECOMES BORING BUT IF YOU THE THE GOTY VERSION YOU SAVE A BUNCH OF MONEY AND GET TONS OF MORE HOURS THE REASON BEHINDE (sorry for cpas man) is you get all the mayor dlc and what not i didnt do so now i got to buy all the dlc but its worth it
