Arguably the best release of a D&D title which uses the current 5e rules, that may be unfavorable for a few (notably the 12 level cap).
Storyline is virtually endless since literally every dialog (and certain action) decision made can affect the gameplay and outcome. However, more content is needed as the 3rd Act feels a tad short and hopefully a DLC will be made in the newar future.
Graphics are amazing, where I'm currently running it on a RTX 3080 with max settings and DLAA on a 65" 120Hz screen - generally can get 60fps on average although optimizations have been added over time to improve it's performance. You just can't play this game at a lower graphic setting as that defeats the whole idea of getting this game.
Voice actors (some are real life moviestars) are simply superb - the amount of blood, sweat and tears poured by them is felt with every dialogue and sentence uttered.
Soundtrack, the gameplay, is amazing but we want moar!!!!

No doubt it will be 2023's GOTY hands down - the question is how many other awards can it rack up ;-)

As a casual CS player since pre-Steam days (v0.6), the game has retained it's tactility and fluidity throughout it's iterations. The real breakthrough took place at CS:Source and since then, better graphics and stability has been made.

Just got Mr. X Nightmare DLC - and boy was it engaging. For a DLC that cost this low, it's provides 10x the value. Shiva, Estel, Max along with the survival mode - which is a mode that you 90s gamers would be familiar with where enemies get more & stronger by each level. However, it's 2021 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, so that ain't gonna cut it - a choice of random powerups, randomly created stages and unlockable moves whenever you complete a certain tier is given - making this DLC more exciting and addictive than the original game. Grab yours now!

Pretty solid game & the mechanics of the fighting is good.
Much too learn and alot to enjoy from.
A good GPU helps in reliving the anime aesthetics element of this game - a must for any DB fan!
Only downside is possibly laggy (or intermittent stutters) during multiplay, which is always is a gamble in such games.
It can get so bad at times, you may end up playing in slo-mo if you're plain unlucky when paired against a player from the other end of the planet....

PROS
+ Addictive; as you learn the mechanics of the fighting, you spend more time and yearn for stronger opponents
+ Party battles, raid and arena matches with different battle rules keep the game evergreen.
+ Excellent graphics; the cutscenes i.e. destructive finish, dramatic finish and even the arc storylines are amazing
+ Rematch option is a must; saves you a gazillion years to get back into a rematch without the need of all the waiting room and ready BS oncemore.
+ Multiple regional lobbies which can be manually chosen; this time you can opt to find a mate in another region or simply stick to a region that gives you low lag matchups - all at your own choice!

CONS
+ Games interface is a teaser (UI and Lobby) before one could actually begin a match; the process is lengthy and can confusing if unfamiliar with similar interfaces i.e. XV/XV2. Personally, I would really like if there's a option to toggle between the current UI/process to a more straightforward one (no cutscenes, just a pure text interface and everything shown at a glance)
+ No crossplay - why Bandai why? :(
+ Censorship chat makes toxic people look good and good people look toxic; we know that this is mandatory for such games but I guess I expect a full ingame chat.

Your choices define you and those around you - and this is not some "last minute path" but actions and decisions that were made since the first Batman telltale itself.
So many characters to develop including both Bruce Wayne and Batman - this game is for all DC / Superhero / Dark Knight fanboys alike.

It's no surprise this game garnered more than 800 awards as it's amazing. It is, however, a surprise to see it so well priced regardless of any sales or not.

First of all, you need to get the GOTY edition, which comes with the HoS and BaW DLCs - this is a must as the story is very in depth, which quests are ever-green and don't feel like a re-run of the main game's quests.

Seconds, it's must to play this with a the max details - Ultra & on a huge display if possible with the maximum supported resolution available to experience the breathtaking take on this game. In my case, a 49" 4K LG IPS Display with a GTX 1080Ti, pretty much did Ultra with 4K 60fps with some occasional dips (possibly via Nvidia HairWorks).

Finally, Gwent is the s-H-i-T; so damn addictive and so entertanining that you may spend, at times, more time on it than the actual game's content.

If you are a Tekken fan - buy this
If you have a gamepad or a stick control catching dust - buy this
If you have a GTX 1080 graphics card and a 4K display - buy this
If you have an adrenaline rush for fast paced action - buy this
If you have a passion for fighting games that have great physics and realism - buy this
If you have not played Tekken and find titles like SF, Injustice, MK X good - buy this
If you want your 50 dollars well spent for hours of fun - buy this

The content in this game is immense, with an assortment of videos and artwork of all Tekken games in history and potentially limitless character customizations can be made.
The story, albeit short, is a great overview and summarization of what's going on with the Mishima feud.
The multiplay, though slightly buggy, is already known from Day 1 and a patch is scheduled for next week to address online stability. is now WAY BETTER than it was when first launched with random match making made within a few seconds. In-game is alot better and there's always people to link with.
I am personally impressed with the graphics, especially since I run it on a 49" 55" 4K HDR10 display with a GTX 1080Ti RTX 3080 on Ultra settings (rendering levels increased to 200 manually) (NVidia 3D settings maxed out for quality with Auto HDR enabled) & it looks so breathtaking and fluid at the same time - way better then any console or arcade versions.

My only wish is for a cross-platform multiplay system (like SF) that would make it a PvP sanctuary.

The gameplay is excellent; bringing more content and gameplay madness to the DB universe.[/strike]
Unfortunately, PvP and Multiplay is very buggy and the hotfixes and patches have only addressed a couple of issues over the past month.
This doesn't stop hardcore DB fans since the game is tremendously addictive, which promises hours of fun through a well structured storyline and immense customization of characters.

UPDATE - Subsequent to DLC 1, the game is still glitchy, raid quests (2) rewards not showing, crashes, insufficient content in the DLC (only 3 PQs for heaven's sake) & hackers still lingering around.
As a true DB fan, I love the game but I must strongly advice against purchasing it unless the game devs or QLOC/Dimps devs make this game worth our money; which is to address the issues first and provide an adequate content for it's DLCs.

UPDATE - Subsequent to DLC 3, new glitches have been introduced, primarily on the super souls. The DLC 3 content is marginal at best, where Bandai seems to be thinning out the value; by omitting the storymode content. Also, the game is still immensely succeptible to hacks and mods & has become the wild wild west for all players, where snitches and TP bandits lurk and lure others for their own satiscation.

UPDATE - The last DLC4 along with the latest patch has fixed alot of issues, including the removal of hackers and modders along with a much better story continuity and cutscenes.

My suggestion to those intending of buying this game and DLCs are to get it during a promotion & to join a group and get your own set of regulars to do PvP matches with - the experience will be alot more manageable and fun, while the pricing will not let you down and promises hours of fun and creative battles.

UPDATE - With the latest Steam client update made on 5th/7th February 2021, the entire online multiplay is not working.

Probably one of the most addictive game I've played in ages - if you're a Dragon Ball fan or just love the high adrenaline attacks of Frieza, this game is for you.
The game provides endless hours of fun with it's parallel quests, story mode, battle modes & random battles with a buy system that allows you to purchase skills and wearables that makes Cooler into Coolest ;-)
The character customization and dialogues are well places and connected, making it feel like you're part of the DBZ (or GT) world.
The online gameplay would be perfect but still lacks the regional segration needed to make it a lag-free experience.
Either way, this game is a must buy !

Fluid gameplay, interactable environments, abundant characters, mobile version sync & nice graphics but a short storyline - would give this a 4.5 of 5
