This game is a steal on sale. However don't expect to get thousands of hours from it, I don't even have 20 hours and am starting to get sick of it.

This is one of the few games I believe is completely worth it at full price. ~20 bucks for GOTY is an absoute steal. I don't even like RPG games. Amazing graphics, story, mini game. Modding community is great too. Reading the books or playing the earlier games is abolutely not neccessary either.

This game was pretty fun. For 2 hours. Luckily I got it off the humble bundle, but absolutely do not buy this game at its asking price of 25 bucks. The highest amount of money I'd drop for this is maaayyybeee 5 bucks but that's even a stretch. I don't see the game going to that kind of price in a while though. I don't think the story accomplished what it tries to do, but that's all i'll say.
