Early Access Review
It's not bad! After over 2k+ hours of tos1, it was easy to understand the gist of the game (social deduction, finding who's on your side, eliminating all opposing sides). The new roles are a little confusing to grasp though, they're still reworking some of the roles too (obvs, it's in beta). The changes make it difficult to remember the tiny details that have changed, and if it's actually supposed to be like that, or if it's just a bug or something. For example, you'd think that a witch controlling a werewolf on a night of a full moon would be killed, but they weren't even attacked, or that an executioner shouldn't be visiting, yet tracker sees them going to their chosen target's place.

As for the community on there, you're gonna find both laid-back people and try-hards, the community can get toxic at times but there's good people on there too. I'll often play with friends and have some goofy times, haha. All depends on who you happen to run into.
A couple of things I wish were added are the easy indicators of 1.) when someone has disconnected from a game in tos1, there would be a disconnect symbol by their name in the list of players, (in tos2 you can see if they're still in the game or not, but you have to click on their name to see), and 2.) the in-game symbols, bright and easy to see, so you don't have to hover over names to see if your friends are in games or just chilling doing something else.

I like the ways you can decorate your house now, and wandering around seeing other people's decorations is a fun way to pass the time when you die. There's also little death games now, guess who's gonna die next, or roll the dice to see who hits 0 first.
One con about cosmetics that really irks me though, is that there are character skins that you can buy, but you are only allowed to use them as long as nobody else is using them (including the different colors/versions of any particular skin). First in the lobby gets dibs on the skin they're wearing, but it seems super unfair to make the skins "unique" to a lobby like that. This includes skins that you buy with actual money too, so just be aware of that.

Overall it's pretty fun, hopefully the beta tweaks grow it into something amazing. Worth checking out :3
