Highly recommend. Duke Nukem 3D + Gothic. Episode 1's level design is especially good.

Why do soldiers get shot in the head and then scream a second later?

Why were the community screams not added as background, ambient sounds?

Get the definitive edition patch but I had to edit modloader.ini IncludeMods to only Anniversary GUI and The Leftovers Fixes for it to not crash after 10 minutes. Good game though.

Had this game on PS4 and it was pretty good. This port seems identical except for 60fps special moves, which is a plus.
