Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. Late on more than 3 but fewer than 5 occasions in 6 months. One or two minor errors have been spotted in work presented in the current period, not putting the business at risk, but which could have been prevented if the facts and figures had been properly checked. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes.
