This game deserves a far bigger player base. This game is more Halo than the new Halo. And more Unreal than the last Unreal Tournament.

Big mess. Performance is a big issues - yes - BUT the game is fundamentally a C grafe RPG. The story doesn't care to keep you immersed, the world is barren and empty, the enemies are repeated, the town has no consequences to stealing or killing civilians.

Early Access Review
One guy spent 7 years making a game that has a simple and easily mod-able foundations. The base game itself warrants a thumbs-up, the mods just make it crazy good.
