I am not a total FNV Fan boi like a lot of folks seem to be. It made quite a few incremental improvements over the Fallout 3 engine, I loved veronica as a companion, and my favorite mod was Willow. I didn't find *any* of the endings very compelling. Still, many of the quests and DLC were excellent, and you should not miss this experience.

So many things to comment on with a large and complicated game like this! I think that this has been redesigned to satisfy the imagined needs of a GamePass player. We used to complain about games being "consolized", so this complaint may replace it. In so many ways this is a really well done game, but it has been compromised and improved in a number of ways to make for a continuing game experience. I guess the test if whether it is interesting enough for long enough.

The number and quality of the side quests is amazing. Many bugs, complaints about not being able to save at appropriate times. I don't really know what they hyped, but this is definitely a next gen game in my book. Game of the year, probably of the decade. I should get a minimum of half a dozen play throughs on this one.

At the time this came out, it was on the vanguard. Still a good nostalgic visit to the era.
