The game is seriously lacking polish. I don't know if it wasn't proofread or just poorly translated, but some of the written instructions contradict what the game actually wants you to do. Some of the time when you fail for "entry regulations" it's not at all obvious what the problem was.

It's a cool idea that actually doesn't resemble Papers Please as much as I thought it would, being more about the inspections than the paperwork, but still needs a bit more work before I'd recommend it. Also a minor gripe, but where Papers Please had numerous factions you could choose to side with and you were incentivised to move quickly, this game has pretty much two sides: government or rebel, and it doesn't really focus on speed. Now granted, the fact that it differs from Papers Please is still a good thing, but I think the speed pressure of Paper's Please was one of its best features, turning time into a resource you had to choose where to spend.

This game is 95% great, 5% meh.

The perspective puzzles are mostly really interesting, but a few of the solutions feel really unintuitive. Not many, just a couple. Also the game sometimes tries to rush you to the next stage by providing hints even when you haven't explored all the options yet.

The story is mostly understated and nice, though there are a couple heavy-handed parts that kinda clash with the whole subtle "varying perspective" theme. Again though, mostly great.

If you think you will enjoy this game, you probably will and I recommend you play it. If you're not a fan of "arty games" you will probably find it pretentious and if you're not a fan of perspective-based puzzles you'll probably get sick of it pretty quickly. Still though, all I'm really saying is this game kind of wears its identity on its sleeve, if you think you like it you probably will and if you think you won't you probably won't.

The game feels extremely clunky, not only is there no crosshair, but the projectile speed is so slow it feels like luck half the time you hit a moving target.

Fun FPS speedrunning game. If you enjoy any degree of either speedrunning or first person action-platforming, you should play it.

8/10 - the dialogue varies between decent and god-awful, but the game-play is consistently great.

Super fun gameplay and a goofy self-aware theme that successfully made me laugh and groan. Honestly one of the better retro-style shooters to come out in the past couple years.

These games have taught me so many things. They've taught me that crime isn't real, that you should always give your bank details to random internet ads, and that you can only trust things you've read on the internet because all books are factually inaccurate.

Not worth the money. Runs poorly and doesn't justify it's cost. If the game was $2 I'd recommend it but as is it feels pointlessly bloated.
