Pretty barebones and poorly balanced.

The sinners will not do anything if even one of their needs is in red, but they will gladly dig and build. This can put you in a situation where your ♥♥♥♥-squeezer wants a drink and refuses to squeeze the water.

It's also alarming that farms eat through dirt, but there's no apparent dirt renewable. So you have to get to the goal fast, unless you risk exhausting the map. Also, a block of floor/ladder costs twice the yield of a dirt block.

Sinners also can dig up 4 blocks, but can't dig down or build at the same distance, so you constantly have to manage build order/pathing.

Pretty mediocre, has nothing going for it except "haha hell is funny".

Despite being hit with a pandemic and rushed to release, this is still a hell of a game.

The previous game was surprisingly good, right amount of funny and lewd. The puzzles were just on the proper edge of old-timey obtuse but never felt out there.

Now the sequel starts strong, but start losing steam just out of the door. The puzzles start becoming increasingly more senseless, Larry gets it on at almost every corner, despite the cornerstone of the series is him being ♥♥♥♥-blocked in the most comical way, And just to rub it in, the last act is pure filler to pad out the game "play" time.

Sprinkle it with a handful of bugs, sequences getting stuck, two dialogues playing at the same time, objects missing, all of this leaves a sour taste and makes me feel like the game was rushed to release/pushed out incomplete.

You're better getting the previous one if you haven't, not like the plot of this one will make you care unless you've played the other one.

Control is a great game and a perfect showcase of Remedy strengths as a game developer.

Immaculately designed in both worldbuilding sense and visual style, this game unfortunately missed it's spotlight with a wider audience due to being locked away on a tiny unknown storefront for a year, but having both expansions and a discount just enough counts as an apology.

If you want to believe, or want an actually competent take on SCP-like material, this games delivers that in heaps, and the gameplay is not half-bad too.

Expect DOOM Eternal to be too smart for some people, who can't figure out the chainsaw.
