"Scanning for steam game updates..." It stays like that forever and I cant play with my friends.

Already tried uninstalling and installing again but it doesn't work

Awesome game in the beggining but then gets a little boring as you get used to the spirits and they dont scare you anymore, but then, its not a big game so... I dont know
