Valve $ux! A billion-dollar company that can't manage one of their 3 (t.h.r.e.e.) games.

You have to pay just to talk to your team in this so-called team-based game.

Balance? Nonexistent and the place is also crawling with cheaters, bots, and toxic players. It's like Valve doesn't care.

Players have been pleading with Valve to address these issues, but the silence is deafening, the bot problem has been ongoing for years, making the game nearly unplayable.

It's frustrating to see a game with such potential being neglected, until Valve steps up and addresses these issues, it's hard to recommend this game to anyone.

First battle won. They are not forcing major western countries to link to PSN.
But as Sony being Sony, they:>

Blocked the game from being purchased in any region that doesn't support PSN which is close to 170 countries.

Keeping the bad review until they liberate the game.

EDIT: Unfortunately, the game became repetitive, stopped playing after the first month. :*(
