Probably the best pixel editor around
Super easy to use, great UI, and really versatile tools.

Probably my favorite point-and-click, Time etc + Ben etc has great environments, witty dialogue and a silly storyline. Hugely underrated, and it goes to like £0.10 in the sales. Definitely worth that, and I'd say it's worth a fair bit more than what the full price is.
Get it.

I quite like stealth games, and keep coming back trying to like Thief, but the story unfortunately just doesn't seem to hold my interest.
Shame, as the game had some promise.

One of the best MMORPGs hands-down.
I've mainly played this outside of Steam (hence the low playtime), but the depth and level of customization that RIFT gives you for your class is incredible, and blows WoW out of the water. Sure, other things (like the dungeon experience imo) are better in WoW, but RIFT compensates with lots of really cool smaller features that add up quickly. For example, if you outlevel a dungeon/zone, but want to go back and grab the quests, you can set your 'mentored level' down, which essentially allows you to temporarily lower your character's level at will. Player housing is also present, and you can view other player's intricate designs on persistent leaderboards based on user votes.
Combat is similar to other ability based RPGs, such as WoW, with the exception on the level of freedom that you get to design your own class. You can manually choose all your abilities from a set of about 10 talent trees (called 'souls') for each class, of which you can have 3 active at once. This means that almost every class can fill almost every role (DPS, tank, support, healer), and you can save your ability sets to allow you to change between roles on the fly (eg DPS → healer), giving each character a lot of versatility. Note that as this game is now free-to-play, some souls are locked behind a paywall, although at £15 if you shop around, it isn't too bad.
Moving onto the game's implementation of free-to-play, you can easily complete the game (and the expansions – which are free to access) without paying anything, with all the in-game shop stuff being optional. If you do subscribe (£8.99/month last time I looked), you get the usual XP boosts etc that you would expect from a sub to a free MMO. A nice change however is the fact that the game was originally designed to b pay-to-play, so all the quests and story etc is scaled to those at 100% XP rate – subscribing just allows you to skip out parts as you see fit (and the XP boost can be toggled off). This is a nice change from other games like SWTOR, which feels like it's the subscribers that are getting the 100%, with the free players left at about 75%.
Overall, it's a solid offering from Trion, which I feel is equal to, and better than is some cases, WoW.

There are very few stealth games that are actually done properly and worth playing. Invisible, Inc is one of them. The game successfully combines rogue-like elements, such as randomized levels and perma-death, with the gameplay of a turn-based strategy, which results in a great experience.
The campaign (although slightly short) and art style give the game a great atmosphere, while the varying difficulties, potential for themed runs, and randomized levels give plenty of replayability. Sticking with the atmosphere, the voice acting is well-done, and the soundtrack gives a good background to the game, which also seems to react based on whether you've been spotted / security level etc.
Overall, this is an incredibly slick game that I can't recommend enough. Props to Klei for making something so polished.
