Played D1 for years and been playing D2 since launch. Bungie has done a great job reworking the game after getting out from under Activision's umbrella. Highly suggest to try out New Light if you want to get a good taste of the game and if you're a D2 vet I can safely say you'll probably like Shadowkeep
