Been playing along with the eggplant podcasts' game a week series and can't express how much it elevates this game. Absolutely amazing game and amazing podcast

Do you want something with the precision of Rhythm Heaven with a cute little story on top. That is what you get here. Definitely worth it.

One of the best music programs I've ever used. It is so much fun. After about a week of having it I'm 50 hours deep.

The developer has also been very active and friendly. Can't recommend this enough.

This game looks and sounds great but it isn't worth it because of some very poor design choices. Allow me to explain with an example. There is an area of the game with a centrifuge. The first time you come to this location you will look around and discover a couple of panels to interact with, an elevator to a section with a huge door, and a big room with the spinny bit of the centrifuge. Me and my buddy spent 45 minutes looking around this room trying to find the way to progress. We hacked all the computers (all 1 of them), we opened every possible door, we scanned and probed and stingered anything that looked like it could possibly even jiggle. We finally figured out that we had to bring with us some stupid plug that we had left back in a prior area. Not just one room behind, but through a very large set piece of a room, a break room, and a hallway which was definitely used as a loading buffer.

Another example of bad design can be found in the training tutorials. Me and my friend just jumped into the game itself and actually beat it without ever having done the training missions. We were pretty upset at how obtuse some of the solutions were and decided to go into the training missions to see if maybe we missed some secret mode that provides more information, or hints at more reasonable play patterns that would have come in handy during the game. The hacker side of things we did fine. Going back and playing the infiltrator, we got stuck. We got STUCK. We got stuck playing the TUTORIAL for 30 MINUTES after having BEATEN THE ENTIRE GAME.

For the actual gameplay and puzzles, I will say I only liked 3 sections. There was 1 keypad puzzle where you have to find out the key combination from some very immersion breaking number cubes/dice which had me bust out a pen and paper to figure out the combination. The control room minigames section was decent, though the pacing was definitely way off, with sometimes there being 10 - 20 seconds in between anything happening and then 3 - 4 stations having issues at the same time. There was very little gradual build up over the course of the 3 or 4 minutes that section lasted. The last section I liked took place in the last 2 minutes of the game, but it was only due to a ridiculous series of events involving the games ONLY confirmation prompt that caused me and my buddy to die in the game when we would have won. It was hilarious. It is likely to not happen for you.

60% of the enjoyment I experienced while playing this was making fun of it with my friend for the terrible design issues. The other 40% was me laughing as my friend had an aneurysm from frustration. Don't buy this game.

Early Access Review
The game has a little bit of jank in its systems, but is possibly the best mobile game I've played. A really smooth progression system that encourages breaks from playing rather than a super grind (because grinding gives almost no rewards). The game itself is pretty much stolen from a tabletop game called Land, Air and Sea, but the marvel theme fits it nicely.

Really enjoyed Metro, and I think Motorways is better in every way. Specifically of note is the time of a level being just slightly longer in my experience. I was always thinking in metro that the levels ended just as they were getting to the good bit. With Motorways I feel like I get to that sweet spot much more often.

Gorgeous art style, compelling game play, and spot on difficulty curve for normal. Every combat feels like a puzzle to be figured out and not just a grind like most other RPGs. The story is a bit lack luster and corny but this is a game you really play for the mechanics, and the mechanics are phenomenal.
