If you played both of those two games, you will feel you have fallen in love playing this game... create a city and all the aspects of it and then control the transportation. It's an in-depth game that allows you to get as involved as you like. As a fair warning, you can start playing and the hours will fall away and disappear....

Add in the ability of players to develop their own custom content into the game, it's well just everything you could ask for.
