I don't know who made the music in this game but this is the best ingame soundtrack I've heard in a factory game.

Awesome game similar to rainbow six siege but in VR. If your playing on a Meta Quest headset, make sure to change your launch options to use Oculus mode for the lowest latency. Only use SteamVR if you have a SteamVR headset.

VAIL VR IS MOUTH WATERING AMAZING. THEY KNOW HOW TO DO GUN PLAY IN A SHOOTER.


Its 2024, lots of VR shooters came out. I really thought the VR devs figured out how to make a "good" VR shooter, but NOPE. VAIL VR is on another level when it comes to gunplay.

The gun play in this game feels so satisfying, the devs really did their work on this game.

The UI is very clean and easily to understand. The touching/grabbing of items is top notch, no fumbling here, everything is well spaced out.

It just feels like a very well developed VR shooter.

I love all the stats this game provides, very nice, some VR shooters do it, some dont't.

I have no problems finding games so far and I played with multiple people that bought the game the same day I did. The community seems alive so far.

When you level up you gain something every level which is nice. There are still some VR shooters on the market where you can level up and gain nothing from it.

I do like the RPG mechanics and the gameplay. It is very fun, and I actually think it's a good game. Everything in the game works besides multiplayer. Multiplayer is very important for a game like this, so you can grind with your friends, and hopefully hide the grind a bit when your having fun with your friends. It is now like the 17th day and the multiplayer is still not working correctly. I do not recommend buying this game if you plan on playing online coop.

2/29/2024 - Still can't join online games. When I do I get a error message saying disconnected from WB servers or another one explaining that the bandwidth is not good enough.

The game play is good, but the multiplayer is COMPLETELY broken. The game should have not launched with multiplayer like this. An open beta would have easily saw these issues. The game is very good, but people should not be giving it good reviews. Let the developers fix the multiplayer issues.

Also, I am crashing to desktop randomly, no idea why.

2/18/2024 - Online is still broken... still getting fails to join games.

3/2/2024 - Seems like the online multiplayer is fixed now. I would recommend buying it now.

9/3/2024 - Tried to like the game plently of times but it is just not for me. I feel like you are ALWAYS running in mud and always been caught up with the bugs. Like you never actually run away from them. I swear this game doesn't want you to have fun at all. I love coop shooters, they are some of my favorite genres, but this one just isn't for me.

I can't recommend this game. I tried to play and like it. There are things that I do like about it but it is VERY janky and buggy. You have mobs that just spawn right in front of you. Map locations missing from the map like the resources to advance to the next age. I'm good playing it, there are enough good games these days where it makes no sense in playing this one at all.

Palworld is out now, and not sure why or how but its much better quality than this game. This game seems like the testing game for the systems that are used in Palworld.

Buy Palword over this for sure, or get this on sale.

It kind of like Wurm Online but modern, plus more mechanics.

I am learning the farming skill in this game for the first time and they developers REALLY need to explain how this skill works IN the game. I shouldn't need to look on the internet to figure how to farm properly in this game. They should have a tutorial that explains it.

It is a good game. But since no one is playing it, there is no point in buying. The developers need to make the game free to play. I am not recommending this game till the developers make this game F2P, so there are people playing. It should be illegal to sell a game that no one is playing online.

A quick review on the game so far...

Movement is smooth as butter and I love it. Should be the COD standard.
Zombies open world has a new fresh take on it. But Cold War did have it, and it was changed up a bit from then.

Weapon leveling seems to take even longer to complete. With all these new weapons and not even time you need to pick an choose what ones to level.

Never played the single player yet.
