This was my favorite demo from Steam Next Fest - and it was an insta-buy when it was released. It plays beautifully on my admittedly overspec'd gaming laptop with CachyOS. No noticable frame drops at all, visually stunning.

I feel like I've barely scratched the surface on this game, and I can't wait to play it again to decompress after a long day.

I have about 20 hours in Last Epoch, and probably 300 hours in Diablo 3.

Is LE a bit unpolished on some areas? Maybe - but its fun as hell. Compared to Diablo 4, I'll gladly take a bit more jank but way more enjoyable slaying, gameplay mechanics, and depth. Right now, I'm playing as an acolyte/lich and I'm having a blast with the reaper skill.

Is it over priced? Yes. Does it also have pretty much zero replay-ability? Yup. Was it an entertaining 2-ish hours? Absolutely!

It's story is present and engaging, the graphics are beautiful, and the game play was intuitive. Call backs to the earlier builds in late game was a welcomed, "aww" sort of feeling.

But again, a bit over priced for ~2 hours of game play that will be a once-through and done.

If you're okay with that, highly recommend at full price. If you're on the fence, wait for a sale.

Surprisingly fun. I'm about 2 hours in and so far the everything is pretty damn good. Gameplay hasn't gotten repetitive yet (nor has Wade's one-liners - a pretty big concern of mine). Full price may be a little much for non-Deadpool fans, but lets face it ... you wouldn't even consider buying this if you weren't a fan.

Surprisingly fun puzzle platformer in the vein of The Lost Vikings. Some game mechanics are a bit frusturating, but overall the game is quite addicting. With the multiple combinations of characters, the replay value is quite high.
