Våffla
Smält smöret och låt svalna.
Rör samman mjöl, vatten och salt till en jämn smet.
Vispa grädden tjock och häll ner den i mjölblandningen. Häll till sist ner smöret.
Grädda tills våfflorna blir gyllenbruna och superkrispiga.
Chèvrekräm
Skär tunt av det vita ”skalet” (möglet) på chèvren. Sedan blandar du osten med crème fraiche och kryddar med svartpepparn. Låt stå kallt medans du gräddar våfflorna.
Servering
Rosta pinjenötterna i en stekpanna på låg värme tills de börjar få färg.
Skölj ruccola.
Skiva upp päronet i mycket tunna skivor.
Grädda 4 våfflor i en smörgåsgrill så att du får en fin fyrkantig form på våfflorna.
Lägg cirka 2 msk chèvrekräm i mitten av våfflan, Lägg skivor från fjärdedels päron längs med krämen, ringla flytande honung över, lägg på ruccola och toppa med
