Apologies if this is TMI but it genuinely gives me so much pleasure I like to share this tip: straight after a lovely big poo I ALWAYS drink a glass of ice cold water. You can feel it going all the way through you and you just feel like it's cleansing you, you got rid of the literal bad ♥♥♥♥ in your body and fill it up with pure H2O and I cannot drop a deuce without this ritual now.
