Option 1:
Require everyone to download new CSGO game files every day that have different hashes and memory signatures, making it impossible for the paid cheat makers to keep up.


Option 2:
Create a new authentication/authorization system that links your personal identity to your account. Perhaps if you buy "Prime" it comes with a bio metrics hardware device like a Yubikey that Valve mails to you. You would have to use your finger print and link it with your steam account. And only one fingerprint can be linked to an account. No more smurf/cheat accounts. If you lose your bio metrics device, it could easily be replaced. This would severely punish cheaters, as they would only get 1 strike and they're out.


Option 3:
Sue cheaters and cheat makers. Hit them with litigation. Cheating should be treated as a crime, like theft, vandalism, harassment, etc. Kids think cheating is funny and fun, but I view it similar to criminal activity as you are abusing a system to gain an unfair advantage and intentionally ruining someone else's game experience. Look what they did to Lance Armstrong for cheating.
