goodass game, and for a variety of reasons

pros:
-every level, hell every act, has its own music
-metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of alternate paths in every level and each one is rewarding to find
-the special stage is actually fun this time
-a less fun but still challenging other special stage that lets you unlock stuff
-the nostalgia factor reels you in, while the new stuff blows your mind even further
-even the old levels have new mechanics that make them a blast
-you could beat the first act of a level and say "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, that was kickass" and then BLAM it ramps up to ludicrous speed at the second act
-all kinds of neat modes and unlockables
-a boss for each act just wait til you get to stardust speedway
