Wouldn't recommend buying unless you desperately want the Dualsense virtual emulation for adaptive triggers via bluetooth in supported games.
The app is quite laggy, causing blue screening sometimes (due to some bug), difficult to navigate
Aside from all that, it does work I suppose.

It's a fun game BUT some stuff seems unjustifiable given that it is a big and popular AAA game by a well known game studio.
-The AI is partly TERRIBLE. They have a tendency to just ram into you in corners going for gaps that don't exist, just ruining your race.
Getting to a multiplayer game also seems to be pretty painful, took me at least 10 minutes to find a single lobby where I could drive.

As of typing this- I've spent probably the last 10 minutes waiting for someone to load into the game with nothing to do as you cannot open any menu when it's "waiting for players..." Pretty ridiculous. You also can't really tell me that's it'd be difficult to implement some working system, literally every other game does it fine, but seems like EA struggles with it. Would make it 20 minutes of waiting for a game... Great.

If the issues are fixed then it's great, but unless you really know and need the F1 22, I wouldn't particularly recommend it in it's current state.

Update: Still lots of occasional bugs such as losing the DRS indicator lights from the steering wheels due to an update which broke it, taken very long to fix it.

Don't regret buying it though.

I reckon it's a fun game. Unfortunately, running it on Windows 10 (or 11 for that matter, I imagine) is pain. It's just not fun. It takes a lot to get it to run at least somewhat smoothly (feels very "laggy" even with a really powerful PC), I also was just playin' one day, until when I wanted to save the game an error occured. I could not save the game- nothing to do about it. Tried a bit of this and that, but nothing works. Can't save the game anymore. Very big oofer.

It's a great game, fun to play, and now that it's free to play it's a deal you can't turn down.

It has potential but CS2 in its current state is just quite honestly terrible. The movement is so off, the hit reg is super inconsistent, the damage rates are inconsistent or broken, hitboxes are off, input lag, unstable FPS even on a relatively high end setup, inconsistency in internet causes the game to be near unplayable at times, eg. completely unable to even switch weapon due to slight lag in the connection (As of just having experienced this heavily and running a speedtest my results are 30ms ping, 96mb/s download and 37mb/s upload. Unbelievable!)

Lack of different game modes is an issue, eg. Deathmatch is completely broken for most of the times, with poor hit reg and FFA you really only get to spawn, pick up a kill if you're lucky, and then get shot in the back. No way around it.

I do see potential for it, potential for a great game, but in its current state playing it just makes me want to uninstall the entire thing. CSGO was much much better.

Valve please fix.

Lot of bugs and bad support, since im mac user and theres many game breaking bugs and everything, not worth it. Contacting the support will take over a month to get an aswer.
