I like this game but I just can't ignore the fact that the devs erased the beta and acted like it never existed. I got this game back in 2013 when it came out and loved it. Just the fact that you could travel to anywhere you wanted right at the start was awesome, the music was awesome (still is), and the bosses were pretty cool(half of them were mostly abandoned). I know the "Oh there is nothing to do in this game it is so boring" and so the devs added a story. A game like this really doesn't need a story I mean it's an open "universe" game where you can go anywhere you want but are limited to a few places during the first few hours of the story. In the beta you can start a new game whisk down to the world cut a bunch of wood and fly to a whole nother universe. With you having to travel the world to do certain parts of the story there really isn't any reason to build a house and stay awhile like the beta. Why use sandbox elements without giving players a chance to use them much? This game is not a bad game but I just really miss the beta.

never raged so much in my entire life

I first bought this game when I heard someone from Relogic (Terraria's Dev team) was creating it. At first I was dissapointed and pretty mad. I finally decided to make a rewiew and the dev commented (as you can see in the comments) asking what they should add. I told them it was a very boring game and someone told me to replay it (as you can also see in the comment). It had been updated and I played it and sudo liked it so I made a better review but now that I look back at it the game was still pretty boring and confusing.

first server i went on i got banned from for no reason....

Its a nice game. Just dont buy it if you aren't ready to buy of games for textures. Recently there has been a spike in squeakers which puts this games popularity at a risk and almost every server I go on there is atleast 1 or 2 squeakers. Thank the gods that there is a mute button so I mean unless you're ten and yell at squeakers even though countless people tell you to mute them it shouldn't be to much of a problem

fun but hard

I really wanted to like this dlc and I really do but there are some things that are just downright unfair. Some of the rooms require you to take damage to pass which can end a run in a second. Sometimes i'll start with trash items only to be greeted with the special versions of enemies and some take almost 8-10 hits to kill all with rocks and crap blocking you from moving. Also enemy placement is very bad, i'll walk into a room only to walk straight into an enemy. The new bosses are cool and all but some like the Rag Man and The Forsaken feel like they're very broken and can end a run. I just feel like Edmund is focusing on difficulty and not the actual quality of the game and I haven't even played + yet

I think this game is very nice. If you are not a very patient person who cant grind for a few minutes this may not be for you. The story is very nice even though this game has been in development and des not have a load of content.
