Great! Installed Kenties Deus Exe Launcher and also a Direct3D 10 renderer, game runs fine after those.

Classic game, but I'd rather play some sourceport than this lame attempt at preserving Quake's legacy.

Forgot to mention it, but the Nightmare difficulty includes very weird edits. Your health is capped at 50, everything above is considered overheal and will decrease over time. Why? Nobody knows. I think that's dumb to think about balance in such an old game, especially in Singleplayer… You could've made it a separate difficulty or an option.
