Half-Life: Before, what to say about this. A mod that was greenlit on Steam Greenlight. Was it worth it? NO.

Pros:
+At least the pistol model looks nice.

Cons:
-Boring
-Bad voice acting
-The final boss is a barnacle that looks like the Nihilanth.
-The scientist that you rescue's mouth doesn't move when he talks.
-Boring
-No plot at all
-Boring
-Boring
-BORING

Overall, DON'T DOWNLOAD HL: BEFORE. I know it's free, but don't get it. It's Boring and lazy. Just, don't.

Hey, if you don't like challange, stay away from this game.

Master Levels for Doom II is a game I would recommend, despite the critisisms.

Graphics: Like DOOM II: Hell on Earth, they've held up well. They're even better with a source port ike GZdoom or Skulltag. Regular graphics: 8/10 Source port graphics: 9/10

Gameplay: It's fun for a while, but it's mostly just a later (and not as good) version of Final DOOM. 7/10

Sound & Music: Not much here, just mostly reused stuff. 6/10

Bugs & Glitches: Let's face it. Being a game that runs on Id Tech 1, it has glitches.

Overall: 7/10

An average attempt at a DOOM II expansion, but overall fun if you have he patience to keep restarting a level over and over again due to the high difficulty of this game.

While I'm sure there is a smidgen of fun that could be derived from Deathmatch: Source, it's extremely difficult to do so. The playerbase is almost completely dead, struggling to get over 20 players worldwide a day. It's also far from competently made. It's buggy, unfinished, and clearly no thought was put into it. Not recommended.

Half-Life: Source is unfinished, broken, lazy, and held together with duct tape. It's still Half-Life, but there's no reason to play this over the original. That's not even mentioning how they split the multiplayer into a separate game.
