A pleasant, outgoing personality who always gets on well with others. [W-G] Biggen Nobber will always be noticed and popular in a group. Sometimes [W-G] Biggen Nobber needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. A good negotiator, who usually chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw in a negotiation after reading the situation correctly. But not yet infallible and may need more experience. Silver-tongued, and usually successful when trying to persuade others to move from their original position towards or beyond compromise. Using personality, logic, persistence, [W-G] Biggen Nobber always manages to get the best deal.
