Dear Alexandra,
i now take my pen in hand to let you know that i am well and hope these letters fine you the same.
we fought a big battle with cox again today. we lost a lot of great men, on both sides. I fear we may be fighting again soon. we intercepted a handful of notes from a Cox call center employee detailing an interaction between our Major Wubbert and one of their foot soldiers. some of the men overheard the autistic screechings of our General directed across the battlefield towards the head of Cox's army, General Supervisor.
Send word to mother, let her know I am well.
Please direct your letters to Camp Shortbus, San Diego, 14th Regmt, SoCal Heavy Artillery Battalion, Co. F in the care of Major Wubbert for Johnathan Bastian
